Want to return the unit you bought from us?
At Spot on Hold, we want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. If you need to return an item, you must meet our return policy.
How much time do you have toreturn the unit?
At Spot on Hold, we accept the equipment that you wish to return if found defective. You have until 12 months from the date in which you made your purchase, to return the equipment.
Before you begin to process your return:

Check if your unit is properly connected according to the sent diagram.

Search for solutions in the technical support section of this website.
·
Verify if the unit is compatible with your telephone system.
·
Make sure the assembling of the
unit has not been altered.
·
Put the unit in its original
packaging with labels intact.
·
Do not write nor put additional
label on the equipment and
packaging.
Who will pay the return shipping
and handling costs?
The return Shopping and handling
costs will have to be paid by
the client. For this reason, we
do not accept COD packages or to
pay at the time of delivery.
What happens when we receive
your returned equipment?
At Spot on Hold our goal is to
have your equipment ready in 30
days. However, this
may vary depending on the
manufacturer.
How to return your equipment to
Spot on Hold?

Before you return the
equipment, send us an email to:
info@spotonholdusa.com
2.
If the reason to return
your equipment is on this
policy, you will receive an RMA
number and the address which you
should send us the unit.
3.
In
your package, along with the
returned equipment, include: RMA
number, copy of your original
invoice and the Return
Merchandise Form that you can
print
here.
4.
To avoid lost packages, we
recommend you use a secure
method to send us your
equipment.
What cannot be returned?
At Spot on Hold, we will not
accept equipments that do not
meet our return policy. |
