How to solve some situations in the USB player

 

Situation

Solution

LED turned off

Verify if it is connected or if there's no power in the outlet.

LED is flickering slowly

Means that the unit is being charged.

LED is flickering fast

Unit doesn't have audio or the external memory is placed incorrectly.

Can't hear message on hold

Check to see if the unit is charging. Check the volume. Make sure the audio cable is connected. If so, change it from 600 ohm to 8 ohm.

Distorted audio

Check the volume. Change the connection of the audio cable from 8 ohm to 600 ohm.

 

 

How to identify possible situations in your adapter

Solution

LED doesn't light up (only when on hold)

Check to see if modular cable is connected correctly on both ends. Make sure it is connected to an outlet. Confirm that the outlet has power.

Message on hold can't be heard

Make sure the audio cable is connected correctly on both ends. Make sure it is connected to an outlet. Confirm that the outlet has power. See if the audio source is sending a signal.

Calls are disconnected when on hold

The adapter may be deprogrammed. You can check it by pressing the pound sign (#) 4 times followed by the number 5 on your phone. You will hear the message go on and off for 3 seconds.
