Our Story
A seasoned publicist dedicated himself to exploring and discovering additional ways to develop the corporate image. His goal? To improve sales through the projection of a positive corporate image from the very first moment of contact. During his research he found out that a hold message will keep a prospect on line until a representative is ready to answer questions and provide further orientation. After getting to know the industry and planning a commercial strategy, he created Spot on Hold.
